The hat is really nice. I recognized that as soon as I opened the box. I thought for sure I had found the right hat for me. Unfortunately, the XL was too small and the XXL too big (all around, including the brim, which was much larger than the XL). I was right in between in my measurement, so I ordered both, hoping I could use the cushion tape to adjust the fit of the bigger one if I needed to, but the brim was too big for what I wanted. I’m bummed. Can’t find anything else as nice, especially for the price.
Received a replacement Leather Chinstrap from Tula last week, it's on my old hat which I hate to poart with and makes it near new again !

Love the design and strap. Wish it had a elastic band around the crown. Ordered a medium and its slightly tight but that helps it stay on.
For the beach, garden, boat, any time in the sun. It’s at least 7 years old and still looks great if not better with aging!
I bought this hat 6 years ago, after borrowing my sister’s while at the beach. It is still my favorite and I wear it multiple days a week in the summer! A few inches of the leather chin strap have broken off because I wear it in the pool, but I’m really glad to see that Tula sells replacements.

Was away for the weekend and realized I left my hat at the house when we were putzing around a town (they day before the trip the dermatologist found more precancer cells on my face so covering a must). I saw The Dakota, tried it on and it was exactly what I needed. Being Free Trade is a bonus and it smells like a hay field. Love the looks of your hats and will be buying more.

Tula hats are the best! I wore one for years that I got from Barton Springs Nursery in Austin. I wanted another one and I couldn't remember the maker. After searching the internet I remembered immediately when I saw the name "Tula".... I received my hat today and it is the same quality it was 20 years ago, Tula Hats are VERY well made and look incredible on, whether you are working in the garden or going on wine tasting tours in the hill country. Tula Ranch Lattice is one AMAZING and comfortable hat. Thank you Tula for the continued quality and customer service!!!
I love my new hat from Tula. Lightweight and keeps the sun off my face without obstructing my view. The leather strap holds right where I put it for a perfect fit around my chin.
These hats are wonderful. They are made exceptionally well and hold up beautifully. I purchased my first Tula hat years ago and sadly left it behind on a vacation. I am so happy to have my 2nd Tula hat.
This is by far the best hat I’ve ever put on my body. You can dress it up or wear it casually, it’s extremely comfortable and doesn’t fly off your head when you are in a windy situation. It’s perfect in every way and I could not recommend it enough. Also, the silhouette is TIMELESS!
I love this hat. I wear it on the river. I’ve worn itchy straw hats before but the band on the inside is so comfy, it keeps the hat snug and extremely comfortable on my head. I love the shape of it. It has held up so well! I will always order a Tula hat when mine wears out — but it has held up so well!
