Shipping Process
• Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding major holidays.
• All orders are shipped within 48-72 business hours from order confirmation date.
• We will ship your order via USPS or UPS. We will choose the best service for your area.
Shipping in the Continental USA
• $15 flat rate via USPS Priority Mail or UPS for most of USA.
• USPS Priority Mail delivery times are not guaranteed but typically take 1-4 days in transit.
• UPS Ground packages take 1-5 days in transit.
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska
• $25 flat Rate via USPS Priority Mail or UPS for most styles.
• $40 flat rate via USPS Priority Mail or UPS for extra wide brimmed styles (Boater, Catalina, Elegant Ranch, Lifeguard).
• USPS Priority Mail and UPS delivery times are typically 3-5 days in transit but not guaranteed.
Review our return policy before placing your order.
• If you selected the Easy Returns option at checkout the return label is free. You can do one free exchange.
• If you did not select the Easy Returns option you are responsible for return shipping (our average shipping cost for 1 hat is about $20). We encourage you to use the return label in our portal for the best return shipping rate.
International Shipping
We are not shipping internationally at this time.
