- To determine your hat size: Measure around your head with a soft tape or string, about 1/8" above your forehead and ears. Keep it snug but not tight. Choose the larger size if you fall between sizes.

Hat Filler Sizing Tape-(free w/hat purchase)
- Two strips of 3/4" foam cushioning
- The strips may be trimmed as needed. You can use a 6" strip on the front, back, or sides to reduce size. Or you can line the entire hat for an even snugger fit.
- Simply attach the adhesive side of the hat sizer to the interior of the hat under the sweatband lining. This can be used on hats with grosgrain, cotton foam, or stretchy elastic sweatbands.
Note: We use a ¾” poly foam weather seal which is available at any hardware store local to you.
