Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be pleased with your purchase!
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you may return your items.
Return & Exchange Requirements
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original ship date.
- Items must be in unworn, sellable condition, with tags attached.
- Please return in the original or a similarly sized box and include the original packing slip.
- We do not refund original shipping charges.
- Items that were already exchanged once are not eligible for a second exchange.
- Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly from Tula Hats. If you purchased through one of our retail partners, please contact them directly.
- Exchanges are only available if you opted in for REDO Return Shipping Protection at checkout. (REDO Return Shipping Protection is available to U.S. customers only.)
- Damaged items or shipping errors must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Returns
If you purchased the $3.98 REDO Return Shipping Protection at the time of purchase, you can create a return shipping label at no cost to you by using our return portal.
If you did not purchase the $3.98 REDO Return Shipping Protection at the original time at checkout, you are responsible for the cost of your return through the carrier of your choice. You're also welcome to use our return portal to purchase your return label as it often saves time and may be more cost-effective than arranging return shipping on your own.
Refunds are applied to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of being received. We do not refund original shipping charges.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available to customers who selected the $3.98 REDO Return Shipping Protection at checkout. To request an exchange, simply visit our return portal, where you can create your return shipping label and choose your replacement item.
If you choose a new item of lesser value than your original purchase, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method or issued as store credit once we receive your return. If the new item is of greater value, you’ll be prompted to pay the difference during the exchange process. We do not refund original shipping charges.
If you did not purchase the $3.98 REDO Return Shipping Protection at checkout, you can still return your hat by following the return guidelines above and placing a new order separately. We recommend placing your new order first to ensure it’s a good fit before sending the original back. If the new hat doesn’t work out either, you can return both in one box to save on shipping.
Issue with an Order
If you received the wrong item, are missing an item, received something damaged in transit, or believe your item has a defect, please email us at info@tulahats.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photos so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Is your hat too big?
If your hat feels slightly too big, hat sizing tape can help
create a more secure, comfortable fit. You can order sizing tape directly from
us, or use poly foam weather seal self-stick tape (3/4" wide x 1/4"
thick.) which is available at most hardware stores. Simply cut 2 to 4
strips of foam and attach the adhesive side of the hat sizer to the interior of
the hat.
