These terms are for retail orders placed on tulahats.com. Wholesale orders are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged. If a wholesale order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us (see "Damaged or wrong item?" below).

We want you to love your hat. If it isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

What can be returned

• Hats bought directly from tulahats.com. For hats bought from one of our retail partners, please contact that shop.
• Unworn, with tags attached, and in sellable condition.
• Packed in the original box or one at least as large as the hat. A smaller box can crush the brim, and we can't refund hats damaged in return shipping. No extra packing material is needed.

Return shipping

• Added Easy Returns at checkout? Your return label is free. Just start your return through the link above.
• Without Easy Returns, return shipping is your responsibility. You can buy a label through our return portal (usually $12–28, often the best rate) or send it back with the carrier of your choice.

Want a different size or style?

Place a new order for the hat you'd like, then return the original for a refund. Ordering first means your new size won't sell out while your return is on its way. Shipping on the new order is our standard flat rate. If you added Easy Returns to your first order, the return label for the original is still free.

Refunds

• We process returns within 3–5 business days of receiving them. Refunds go to your original payment method.
• Original shipping and the Easy Returns fee aren't refundable.

Damaged or wrong item?

Please don't use the return portal for these. Email us at info@tulahats.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos, and we'll make it right. This applies to retail and wholesale orders.
