- Two strips of 3/4" foam cushioning
- The strips may be trimmed as needed. You can use a 6" strip on the front, back, or sides to reduce size. Or you can line the entire hat for an even snugger fit.
- Simply attach the adhesive side of the hat sizer to the interior of the hat under the sweatband lining. This can be used on hats with grosgrain, cotton foam, or stretchy elastic sweatbands.
Note: We use a ¾” poly foam weather seal which is available at any hardware store local to you.

Forgot my Tula gambler straw hat outside overnight in a rain storm. Lots of rain!
Found it outside right where I left it, on the patio table. Completely soaked & a bit misshaped. Let it dry outside in the sun the next day, reshaped to original shape, no problem. Put back on and no problems. What a hat to survive that. Did loose a bit of the original stiffness, but still wears very well, like a very broken in hat.
Love this hat! Perfectly proportioned crown with a comfortable elastic liner that doesn’t mark my forehead- yay! I turned the brim down in the back and love the look. Thank you!

Found this hat while on vacation and purchased immediately! I have a small head, but this one fit perfectly - snug enough to stay put without being too tight. The brim is just right for providing sun protection while still allowing you to lean back in a lounge chair by the pool. Easy to pack in a suitcase and looks great dressed up or down.
